Agent & Agency FAQ
Agents and agencies need an active subscription to create or edit listings on PropLync. Three plans are available: Base, Pro, and Elite. Enquiries submitted on a listing are routed only to the agent responsible for that listing. Listings appear based on search criteria, location, and listing information. Paid promotions do not determine ranking. All transactions are handled directly between the agent and client outside the platform.
Access & Subscription
Do I need a subscription to manage listings?
Yes. An active subscription is required to create or edit listings.
What plans are available?
PropLync offers three tiers: Base, Pro, and Elite. Each tier defines limits for listings, images, amenities, badges, and media. Plans are available in multiple durations.
What are the differences between the plans?
Base: up to 5 listings, 10 images per property, 6 amenities, 1 badge Pro: up to 25 listings, 20 images, 10 amenities, 2 badges Elite: up to 50 listings, 30 images, 15 amenities, 3 badges
Is there a free trial?
Yes. A 15-day free trial is available for each tier. It can be used once per user. A paid plan is required after the trial ends to continue listing properties.
What happens when my subscription expires?
Actions requiring an active plan are restricted until your subscription is renewed.
Listing Management
How do I create or update a listing?
Log in with an active subscription and use "Add property" to create a new listing, or open an existing listing and select "Edit".
What listing statuses can I use?
Draft: saved but not yet visible to the public Published: live and visible to platform users Sold: no longer available Archive: removed from active listings but retained for reference
Enquiries & Visibility
Who receives enquiries on my listings?
You receive enquiries submitted on listings assigned to you.
Are enquiries shared with other agents?
No. Each enquiry is routed only to the professional responsible for that listing.
How are my listings shown to buyers?
Listings appear based on search criteria, location, and listing information. Paid promotions do not determine ranking.
Can I pay to appear higher in search results?
No. Paid promotions do not determine ranking.
Client Flow
How do clients contact me?
Clients submit enquiries through your listings or profile.
How do I complete transactions with clients?
All transactions are handled directly between you and your client outside the platform.
