PropLync is a real estate discovery platform. Browsing properties and sending enquiries is free for buyers. Listing activity requires an active subscription for agents and agencies. Enquiries are sent directly to the professional associated with the listing. PropLync does not handle property transactions or payments - these take place between the parties outside the platform. Communication is conducted through structured enquiry forms, not direct messaging. Listing order is based on search filters, location, and listing information. Paid promotions do not determine ranking.

Account & Registration

How do I create a PropLync account?

Click the sign-up option on the website and enter your email address and password. During registration, select the account type that matches how you plan to use the platform: Agency – for real estate agencies managing agents and listings Agent – for individual agents (independent or under an agency) Buyer – for users searching for properties Professional – for service providers such as architects or lawyers

Can I sign up using my Google account?

Yes. PropLync supports Google sign-in, allowing you to log in without creating a separate password.

What is the difference between Agency, Agent, Buyer, and Professional accounts?

Agency: manages agents and listings Agent: creates and manages property listings Buyer: searches for properties Professional: offers services and can be contacted via profile

I forgot my password. How do I reset it?

Click "Forgot password" on the login page, enter your registered email address, and follow the reset link sent to you.

Do I need to complete onboarding after signing up as an agency or agent?

Yes. You will be guided through an onboarding process and may need to complete it before accessing full dashboard functionality.

Subscriptions & Plans

What subscription plans does PropLync offer?

PropLync offers three tiers: Base, Pro, and Elite. Each tier defines limits for listings, images, amenities, badges, and media. Plans are available in multiple durations and include a free trial.

Is there a free trial?

Yes. A 15-day free trial is available for each tier (Base, Pro, Elite). It can be used once per user. A paid plan is required after the trial ends to continue listing properties.

What are the differences between the Base, Pro, and Elite plans?

Base: up to 5 listings, 10 images per property, 6 amenities, 1 badge Pro: up to 25 listings, 20 images, 10 amenities, 2 badges Elite: up to 50 listings, 30 images, 15 amenities, 3 badges

Properties & Listings

How do I add or edit a property listing?

Log in as an agency or agent with an active subscription. Use "Add property" to create a new listing, or open an existing listing and select "Edit".

Do I need an active subscription to create or edit listings?

Yes. An active subscription is required to create or modify listings.

What property statuses are available?

Draft: saved but not yet visible to the public Published: live and visible to platform users Sold: no longer available Archive: removed from active listings but retained for reference

How do I send an enquiry about a property?

Open the property page, click "Enquire" or "Contact", and submit your name, email address, and message.

Can I request a property viewing or tour?

Yes. Use the tour request option on the listing page and select your preferred date and time.

How do I contact a professional?

Open the professional's profile page and use the enquiry form to send your message.

Technical & Support

Why am I seeing "Your agency's subscription plan has expired"?

This message appears when your agency's subscription has ended. Actions requiring an active plan are restricted until the agency administrator renews it.

Who do I contact for billing or payment issues?

Use the Contact Us page or the support email provided on the website.

Is my payment and personal data secure?

Yes. PropLync uses a secure payment provider and applies standard security measures including HTTPS encryption and encrypted password storage.

Do I need to pay to browse properties?

No. Browsing properties on PropLync is free.

Can buyers use PropLync for free?

Yes. Buyers can search properties and submit enquiries without a subscription.

Who receives my enquiry when I submit it?

Your enquiry is sent to the agent, agency, or developer associated with the listing.

Is my contact information shared publicly?

No. Your contact details are not displayed publicly and are only shared with the recipient of your enquiry.

Does PropLync handle property transactions or payments between buyers and sellers?

No. PropLync does not handle transactions or payments. These take place directly between the parties outside the platform.

Does PropLync facilitate direct messaging between users?

How are listings ordered or ranked in search results?

Listings are shown based on search filters, location, and listing information. Paid promotions do not determine ranking.

What is a Wanted Post and who can create one?

A Wanted Post allows buyers and sellers to express a specific property need so relevant agents, agencies, or developers can respond.
